Our goal is to offer you the best delivery options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver hundreds of orders to our customers worldwide, allowing us to maintain the highest level of reliability at all times.

The ordering process consists of two parts:

Processing time: The order is accepted, quality is checked, and the package is packed. The order is processed in its entirety by a supplier in a third country. Our online store acts as an intermediary and does not handle the importation of goods into Denmark or other countries ourselves. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

Delivery time: Delivery time is the time it takes to transport the goods from us to the destination. This often takes 5 to 15 business days.

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered for FREE.

Import and VAT Responsibility

The customer is entirely responsible for the payment of all import duties, taxes, and VAT upon receipt of the goods. Our online store facilitates the purchase, but assumes no responsibility for these charges. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the import regulations and additional taxes that may apply in the country of delivery.

Delivery and Shipping

Our products are shipped directly from a third country, such as China, to the customer. Our online store acts as an intermediary and does not handle the importation of goods into Denmark or any other country ourselves. Shipping is handled by the supplier and is under their responsibility. As a result, delivery times may vary, and the customer may have to deal with customs controls.

Risk of Delay or Additional Costs

The customer acknowledges and agrees that delays or additional costs (e.g., customs fees) may occur when importing goods. These costs and risks are the sole responsibility of the customer. Our online store cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to customs procedures or other external factors.

Taxes and Fees

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and charges imposed by the jurisdiction to which the Products are sent, including, but not limited to, sales or use tax, value-added tax, or customs duties.
